CREATING AN ACCOUNT FOR LORRAINE’S STORE
In order to access and use Lorraine’s Online Bookstore you need to make an account. If you create an account, it will only take a few moments and your details will not be used for any other purpose other than to facilitate the processing of your order. Once you have set up your account and logged in, please click on the links on the top right hand corner of the website to access your account or view your orders.
Your custom, privacy and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Lorraine and your personal information will not be shared with any third parties. However as always, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any passwords and/or identification or log-in information for the site.
PAYMENT OF ORDERS
Orders can be paid using your credit card online. Credit card payments are processed using the STRIPE and both VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
All physical books will be dispatched within 48 hours in an Australia Post Express Post envelope or satchel. Lorraine currently does not offer tracking services with her books.
International orders are currently not being accepted.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Lorraine is more than happy to organize an immediate return or refund as you wish. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, service or delivery from Lorraine’s online store.
